Netgear 341u:

1.Connect the device to a Windows computer
2. Activate
4. Go to settings and disable Auto connect (Set to Manual)
5. Set to IP passthrough mode (Disable Nat/Router)
6. Save all settings

Set to 4G Netgear in the SteadyNet @Work Dashboard for WAN or WAN2 (Follow Normal 4G Setup procedure from here)
