Custom MOS Ports
Need a different port than our standard of 5060, 5061, and 5062? This is not a problem. Follow these steps to add a custom VoIP port for the SimpleWAN to monitor MOS scoring.
- After bringing up the site overview of the device, click General Settings.
- Look at the left portion of the page with the title “Basic Configuration”. Click the text input field located under the title “Custom VoIP Port for MOS scoring…”
- Enter the desired custom port, click save, and wait for the SimpleWAN device to sync with the new changes. That's it!
* Note : Source and Destination Ports of SIP traffic should match for higher effective of MOS History Logs.
