DNS Servers and Active Directory

This is where You can set the DNS Servers.  When using an Active Directory server for DNS, you must set the DNS server to that of the AD server you are attempting to get DNS from.




Secondly, you will also need to set the host name of the SimpleWAN to that of the AD. This can also be done from this page.

Third, make sure that the DNS Override remains in Disabled State.


Finally, wait for the unit to Sync under Site Overview.

If the unit does not sync, it may be ideal to reboot the device to force the changes into the unit.
