My @Home unit is running slow

Your @Home unit uses the cellular towers nearby to provide the speed for your unit. If you see that your Speed Tests are not what it should be, please contact your SimpleWAN support team to assist you.

Why is this happening?
The SIM cards used to connect to the Cellular Towers are pre-configured by the Internet Service Provider to search for the best signal. However, the best signal isn't always the fastest. It just means that the cell tower it is connected to is closer.
Another reason may be that the tower you are connected to is saturated. This means that there are too many connected cellular devices on this particular tower.
Finally, the last reason could be that the Provider you are using is not the best one for your location. Receiving text, calls, or IM's may be alright with low bandwidth requirements, but streaming for calls or video conferences are a different matter. Switching providers may be the best approach if this were to happen.
