1.Connect the device to a Windows computer

2. Activate

3. Log into http://192.168.1.1/ (Netgear portal) With a default password of “password” Detailed Instructions here:(http://eguides.sprint.com/support/eguides/netgear341uusbmodem/index.html#netgear_341u_usb_modem_ug/logging_in_as_an_administrator.html)

4. Go to settings and disable Auto connect (Set to Manual)

5. Set to IP passthrough mode (Disable Nat/Router)

6. Save all settings

Set to 4G Netgear in the SteadyNet @Work Dashboard for WAN or WAN2 (Follow Normal 4G Setup procedure from here)
