How to Add Premium Support

How to Add Premium Support

Note: Only Distributors can add the following feature to your Account.

To add Premium Support, you need to follow these steps:


  1. Go to Resellers Tab

  2. Edit the Reseller that is purchasing Premium Support

  3. Go to Paid Support section


  4. Add date of purchase.

  5. Save



This will now give the ability to Authorize support and receive a PIN. To find out how, click here.
