How to enable Failover / Load Balacing
Please note: If the customer is a channel you can enable this by contacting support. Otherwise the user will need to contact Their reseller/distributor to enable this for them.
How to enable Failover / Load balancing
1. Make sure that you are on the Accounts tab where you see all the sites.
2. Look for the site that you wanted to enable the Feature and click on the pencil or edit button.
3. Scroll down and look for the Wan Failover / Load Balancing tab and select enable. Then scroll down at the botton and click save.
Setting up Failover / Load Balancing
1. Go to the site and select the Interfaces tab and then select WAN2
2. Check mark enable and choose the WAN2 mode. (Failover or Load Balancing)
3. .Then select the WAN Type.

4. Power Cycle/Reboot the SteadyNet @Work unit to calibrate the new connection.
5. Check the Speed Test if the WAN2 has been recognized and activated.
